    After completing Medical School in my home country, Colombia (1983), I came to the United States to pursue a Chiropractic career at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, graduating with honors (Suma Cum Laude) in 1988. I was also ordained as a Christian minister in 1988. I am convinced that the human being needs to be treated as a whole, with a balance between body, mind and spirit. I believe in a holistic approach to health. This allows my patients to receive spinal manipulation and nutritional advice in a caring and supportive atmosphere.

    America Monge DC

    Dr. America Monge, a native to Northern Virginia, earned her undergraduate degree at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and her doctorate degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Caring for families through holistic health had always been her passion and she was able to fully embrace it while doing her clinical rounds at Palmer. During that time she established a commitment to educating her patients on proper nutrition and leading active and healthy lifestyles. Understanding that the human body is an intelligent being that functions as a whole is the root of her chiropractic philosophy. Dr. America is passionate about educating her community on the benefits of chiropractic care and how it can help them achieve their highest potential in a safe and natural way. She believes that true health comes from the inside out and looks forward to providing exemplary care to her patients.
